During these 10 months, the employees were able to follow this work-study training program integrating professional situations within structures in this sector, thus enabling them to put their learning into practice.

During the presentation of the certifications, Hervé Couperier, continuing education adviser at Greta, in charge of promoting training in the social sector, highlighted “the partnership established at the initiative of Laser Emploi Auvergne with Partage et Travail to offer , an à la carte response, in order to take into account the specific constraints of people who work in integration through economic activity, in order to preserve their mission”.
